Excellent service. They had an available appt in 1 working day (it was a weekend).
The guys were in on time, replaced my flywheel (I had it shipped ahead of time from my manufacture) and charged $95 for the service call (credit card was a plus too). it took about an hour and a half and they also rebalanced my elliptical
Machine is silent again.

Really impressed by the way Javier runs his business.  He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my elliptical trainer.  His diagnosis was different from that of other techs I’ve used and the fix seems to be something more economical than the guesses that the other techs recommended.  Highly recommended!

I had my Octane Recumbent bike for a year and a month… naturally it fails right after the one year warranty expired.  I called BusyBody in Westlake where it was purchased.  Contrary to their sales pitch a year earlier, they don’t have anyone locally for me to service a problem.  They tried to shunt me off to another service center.  Turned out those folks don’t work in my area either.  After a little more pressure on BusyBody… the guys who made the big commission when I bought the unit…, they referred me to Javier and Xtreme Fitness.
Fortunately Javier was Johnny-on-the-spot.  He understood the problem immediately and ordered the part.  His Tech, Axel was on time, courteous and efficient.
Next time I buy workout equipment I’ll just call Xtreme first and get their recommendation.  They’re top notch… BusyBody, not so much.
